Frequently asked questions
How does the 30-day trial work?
Every new signup starts on the Starter plan with all its features unlocked for 30 days. No credit card required. When the trial ends, if you haven't chosen a paid plan, your account moves to Free automatically — you keep access to basic features (3 vehicles, PDF contracts, public listing) at no cost, forever.
Why both a commission AND a subscription?
Two different values: the commission covers Carentfy bringing customers to your agency (marketplace value). The subscription covers the SaaS platform — WhatsApp automation, OCR scanner, GPS fleet tracking, papers-expiry alerts, multi-user access. Higher tiers pay less commission because they contribute more via subscription.
When is the commission counted?
Only when a booking status becomes 'validated' or 'completed'. Cancelled bookings, no-shows and unfinished reservations are never charged. We invoice monthly with a full detailed breakdown.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly — new features unlock the same day. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle — you keep your current plan features until then. Downgrading to Free is always free and never removes your data.
How do I pay the subscription?
Bank transfer (Attijari, CIH, BMCE, Barid Bank), Wafacash, cash deposit, or cheque. We send an invoice at the start of each cycle, payable within 15 days. No credit card required.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We send WhatsApp reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before expiration. If the payment is not received by the due date, your account automatically downgrades to Free — you keep all your data and can upgrade again anytime.
